Mediation is increasingly used to settle disputes. Together with a mediator, the parties will search for a sustainable solution for a dispute that has arisen. Mediation will generally lead to a solution faster and at lower costs.

Deal mediation

Even if the parties are not involved in a dispute, it can be useful to engage a mediator. The mediator will act as a neutral and independent party to guide an intended process. The parties hereby aim to achieve an optimal result for all involved.
